Adam Barese
Our Chief Executive Officer brings three decades of medical industry experience to the team. From Fortune 100 companies to running start-ups and restarts, he has been on the frontlines of this changing industry. Adam has a BA from The American University in Washington DC, and an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore. Beyond healthcare, Adam is passionate about running, public school system improvements, and his family. His wife, Elizabeth, and two children call Nashville home.
Robert 'Hank' Edwards
Our Chief Development Officer has 30 years of operational and development experience working with Hospitals and Physicians to create and execute strong clinical partnerships. Most recently, he was the CDO for a population health management company. Prior to this, Hank spent 20 years with a privately held company that developed multi-specialty physician partnerships to own and manage Hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Mr. Edwards received his B. A. in History from the University of the South, Sewanee and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He and his wife Dawn live in Nashville, TN. They have three adult children.
